1. About the Marketplace
- Masfur is an online multi-vendor marketplace platform where independent sellers (vendors) list and sell their products.
- We do not own, create, or sell any products directly. We only provide the platform to connect buyers and sellers.
2. For Customers (Buyers)
- Customers are requested to check product descriptions, prices, and reviews carefully before placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
- Orders must be accepted upon delivery. Frequent refusal of COD orders may lead to the permanent blocking of the customer’s account.
3. For Sellers (Vendors)
- Vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for product quality, correct descriptions, stock availability, and shipping.
- Vendors must ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Late shipping or sending counterfeit/wrong items will result in a penalty or store ban.
- The platform (Admin) will charge a fixed commission of 10% on every successful sale.
4. Payments and Commissions
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier service will collect the payment and transfer it to the vendor’s registered account.
- The vendor is legally obligated to settle the admin commission as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so will result in temporary or permanent store suspension.
5. Shipping and Delivery Liability
- Since this platform operates on a Vendor Shipping Model, all delivery timelines, packaging, and logistics management are handled by the vendor.
- Masfur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services or vendor negligence.
6. Prohibited Products
- Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing illegal, hazardous, or non-halal items. Any listing that violates local regulations or Islamic principles will be removed immediately without prior notice.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be published on this page immediately.
